How to handle the Bamix® correctly?

First position: Used to prepare “light” ingredients or small quantities.

Second position: Used to process hard foods or big quantities.

Blending with liquids:
Hold the Bamix inside the liquid, in the middle of the pot. Switch on. Process to the desired consistency.

Note: There is no need to stir. The Bamix will centrifuge all the bits.

Blending without liquids:
First switch on the Bamix on the second position. With quick up and down movements, puree the ingredients to the desired degree.

How to attach and exchange the blade?

Push the attachment as straight as possible on to the stub in such a way that the drive pin on the stub fits exactly into the small recess in the socket of the attachment. The attachment is designed to make this process easy. The attachment is removed by simply pulling it off from the stub.

Careful: For safety’s sake, when you exchange the attachments always pull out the plug.
